📌 Must-haves • 5+ years of commercial development, 3+ years with Go in production • Higher education in Computer Science or related field • Experience with AI implementation and configuration in a team • Fintech/banking domain experience, complex integrations • Concurrency: goroutines, channels • Microservices with gRPC (design, development, maintenance) • Containerization and deployment of backend services • PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations • RabbitMQ or Kafka (event-driven, async communication) • REST API design and implementation • Unit/integration testing for backend services • Grafana + Prometheus: metrics, monitoring, alerting • Scalable, highly available systems for high-throughput, real-time workloads • Code reviews, focus on code quality • Agile/Scrum environments • Fault-tolerant design, idempotency, SLA, service reliability • English: Upper-Intermediate and above
