Product Manager (Payments)

Vacancy: Product Manager (Payments) Location: Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for a Product Manager for an international IT company who will be responsible for product development and directly influence key metrics.

Responsibilities:

🌸 Be responsible for product development in a regulated market: from hypotheses to implementation, considering all limitations and requirements. 🌸 Formulate and develop the product roadmap, defining priorities based on data and business goals. 🌸 Improve key user scenarios: onboarding, KYC, payments, and bonus mechanics. 🌸 Work on growing product metrics: conversion, retention, LTV, revenue. 🌸 Generate and test hypotheses through A/B tests and product analytics. 🌸 Assign tasks to the development team, oversee their implementation, and be responsible for the results. 🌸 Build effective interaction with marketing, CRM, support, development, and compliance.

What is important to us:

💦 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner, launching products from scratch or participating in scaling. 💦 Experience with payment or transactional products. 💦 Data-driven approach and the ability to balance business impact, user experience, and technical/regulatory constraints. 💦 Solid understanding of product analytics and key metrics. 💦 Languages: English B1-B2, French will be an additional plus.

Will be a plus:

💦 Background in PSP, FinTech, iGaming, Betting, high-load products. 💦 Experience with payment system integration and working with APIs. 💦 Understanding of regulated market specifics.
