I'm looking for a Product Manager to join my team at Smarter Contact. You'd own our Voice & Telephony product, meaning the Power Dialer, our calling algorithm, call quality and compliance. Our iOS and Android apps come with it too.
It's a great role if you like hard problems. Carriers, call pacing, spam flagging, juggling multiple voice providers, and a lot of volume going through all of it. You'd have two small squads to work with every day and the roadmap would be yours.
The main thing I'm looking for is experience with a calling product. Dialer, contact center, VoIP or telco, all good. If you've worked on voice products at a telecom operator, even better.
Remote, with solid CET overlap.
