We are looking for you if you: • Have 7–10 years of experience in product analytics, with 2–3 years in a Lead/Head role. • Have expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau, Metabase). • Have experience in building metrics systems, A/B testing, and product discovery. • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) in your workflows. • Experience in travel, marketplace, or e-commerce will be an advantage.

Responsibilities • Identifying growth opportunities through cross-product discovery. • Developing the metrics system and product analytics standards. • Building A/B testing and reporting standards. • Managing, developing, and mentoring a team of analysts.
