Middle Product Analyst

🚀 Middle Product Analyst | Remote / Hybrid (Almaty) | Full-time

Seeking a strong Product Analyst to develop a large digital product with a multi-million audience.

The main focus is product thinking, proactivity, critical thinking, and the ability to influence product decisions. It's important not just to analyze data, but to independently find growth points, propose hypotheses, and turn insights into real product changes.

What's important:

• From 3 years of experience in product analytics.
• Deep understanding of product metrics and user behavior: conversion, retention, funnels, cohorts.
• Proactivity and ownership: the ability to independently identify problems and opportunities for product growth, not just fulfill business requests.
• Critical thinking: the ability to question hypotheses, verify conclusions, and defend decisions with arguments.
• Strong communication skills, experience working closely with Product Managers and other product teams.
• Strong SQL and confident Python for data analysis.
• Practical experience in end-to-end A/B testing, a good statistical foundation, understanding of Causal Inference.

Will be a plus: BigQuery, Power BI, Airflow, ML in product analytics.
