Backend Developer — Voice Robot Systems

About the project: We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team that is developing voice robot systems and conversational AI.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the backend architecture of the product;
• Implement real-time event processing and dialogue state management;
• Develop and maintain voice scenario logic;
• Integrate speech technologies ASR/TTS and external services;
• Integrate the backend with corporate systems and CRM — 1C, Bitrix24, etc.;
• Analyze and resolve production incidents;
• Prepare technical documentation.

What's important: ✔️ Python — 3+ years of commercial experience; ✔️ Proficient Django + FastAPI; ✔️ Experience in designing backend systems and architecture; ✔️ Understanding of distributed systems; ✔️ Confident work with PostgreSQL / MySQL; ✔️ Experience integrating APIs and external systems; ✔️ Ability to design flexible and customizable solutions; ✔️ Independence and responsibility for results; ✔️ Experience bringing solutions to a production-ready state.

ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT: Experience with ASR/TTS, IP telephony, voice technologies, Voice AI, or voice robot systems.
