📌 Vacancy: Looking for a Project Manager (Middle+/Senior) for the AI team at Arbuz.kz

We currently have a bot that needs to be finalized and brought to perfection :)

What you will do:

• Work at the intersection of product, business, and AI
• Gather and structure requirements, describe processes, and prepare technical specifications for the team
• Work with APIs, documentation, endpoints, and integrations
• Analyze processes and look for opportunities for automation through AI
• Develop and improve AI prompts, test hypotheses, and help the team make the bot smarter
• Interact with developers, business stakeholders, and other teams to achieve results

What is important to us: ✔️ Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and SQL ✔️ Ability to describe projects, write requirements, and structure information ✔️ Interest in AI and experience working with GPT, Claude, or other AI tools ✔️ Fast learning ability and capacity to understand new tasks
