What You’ll Do:
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders across the holding company to identify, clarify, and document business needs.
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Participate in backlog grooming sessions and prepare tasks for developers and QA engineers in line with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria.
- Analyze and document current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) business processes.
- Prepare draft interface mockups and process flow diagrams.
- Develop, document, and coordinate interaction protocols and integration schemes between internal products and external systems.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Technical Specifications, and user documentation for implemented solutions.
- Conduct intermediate demonstrations and participate in discussions with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Expect:
- Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) and reporting solutions.
- Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong experience in preparing functional and technical documentation.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software development processes, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of systems integration principles and API-based interactions.
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture, databases, and data processing solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
