Required:

• At least 7 years of experience as a System Analyst;
• Experience in fintech (ideally in investments);
• Experience in preparing functional and non-functional requirements for backend and frontend;
• Proficient SQL skills: ability to write complex SQL queries, read SQL query plans, understand SQL query optimization approaches, indexes, window functions;
• Experience in developing and using Sequence and ER diagrams;
• Knowledge of Kafka and REST;
• Experience in making architectural decisions on a project;
• Experience with microservice architecture (should be predominant in project experience);
• Experience working in Agile teams (Kanban, Scrum);
• Experience in long-term projects (1-1.5 years or more) in resume;
• Independence and proactivity in work;
• Organization and a strong sense of personal responsibility for results;
• Goal-oriented and highly constructive approach;
• High communication culture;
• Ability to clearly and structurally express thoughts in writing;
• Stress resistance and conflict-free.

Desirable:

• Experience in developing SaaS products;
• Experience in enterprise companies (ozon, wildberries, rosneft, ...);
• Familiarity with the stock market, investment products, or personal investment experience.
