We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on key areas — Core and AI. Working with us is about experiments, speed, and the opportunity to truly influence the outcome. We would be happy if you can think not only about the visuals, but also about how to make it easier and more pleasant for people to interact with the product. What we expect from you:

• Product Designer experience from 4 years and a relevant portfolio;
• Experience in systematic product development: regularly improving solutions and working with complex tasks;
• Experience with iOS and Web platforms: considering platform guidelines, designing convenient scenarios;
• Ability to manage full-cycle tasks — from research to release and evaluation of impact on metrics;
• Experience in conducting research: finding insights, choosing methods, communicating conclusions to the team;
• Ability to build and develop design systems;
• English from B1.

You will:

• Develop Core and AI functionality — work with the video editor, shape key product solutions, implement AI trends;
• Research user behavior and turn insights into solutions that impact Revenue, CR to share, and editor quality;
• Identify product growth points and launch initiatives that move it forward;
• Influence product strategy through design and participate in key decision-making;
• Develop the design system as a scaling tool;
• Work with LLM and turn complex prompts into a clear experience for creators.
