Senior Product Designer - Weeek

The WEEEK team is looking for a Product Designer 💜 We are a SaaS service for project management and team productivity enhancement. Our product is growing rapidly — since the beginning of 2023, our client base and revenue have increased tenfold. WEEEK is used by teams from VK, Zolotoye Yabloko, Skillbox, Tele2, and other companies.

We are looking for someone to whom we can bring a mockup or an idea in an unformed state — when the design system is only partially in place, requirements are still being formed, and a solution still needs to be found.

It's important for us to have a designer who can independently understand the task, gather information from the product team, propose a solution, and guide it from mockups to release.

What to expect from us

• Crazy ambitions and rapid growth — with us, you can truly prove yourself, grow as a specialist, and implement cool cases
• Speed in solutions and changes
• Zero bureaucracy, freedom for independence and any ideas
• We pay market rates without delays, consider fully remote candidates, allow for vacations, and are loyal to the need to take a day-off and handle personal matters.

In return, we expect reciprocal loyalty and readiness to work hard.

What you have

• 4+ years in design
• experience in B2B/SaaS (studio experience is also useful)
• system thinking
• understanding and ability to work with metrics and experiments
• portfolio

It will be a plus

• understanding of the vector of modern design
• ability to integrate AI into your workflow
• understanding of the technical implementation of design

What you will need to do

• work on application interfaces on web, iOS, and Android
• participate in the development and support of the design system
• develop user scenarios together with the product and engineering teams
• accompany solutions from concept to release
