AI Developer (Python/Go) — Automation in AdTech

Location: Remote Company: NDA Salary: from 1200-1500$ per month (based on interview results) Employment: Full-time

We are building tools for digital marketing and automation. We write code in the team using AI agents — Claude Code, Codex, and others. Not in a browser chat, but in the terminal: the agent reads the codebase, makes changes, and runs tests. This is a workflow that accelerates an experienced developer, not replaces them. We are looking for a programmer with a strong background who has already integrated AI agents into their workflow and can do in a day what used to take a week.

What you will do:

— Develop backend services using Claude Code, Codex, or other AI agents to accelerate work — Design and implement integrations with external APIs (advertising networks, trackers, analytics, payment systems) — Automate business processes — data collection, reporting, monitoring — Prototype solutions: from idea to working MVP in hours — Review and refactor code — both your own and agent-generated — Configure the environment for AI agents: instructions, rules, project context

Hard Requirements:

— Python: commercial experience of 2+ years. Confident proficiency in asyncio, FastAPI or Flask, SQLAlchemy or similar. Understanding of GIL, context managers, decorators, generators — not just knowing they exist, but using them in your work — Go (will be a serious plus): goroutines, channels, standard library, understanding of concurrency model — Databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL at the level of writing complex queries, understanding indexes, migrations, optimization. — Experience with Redis — API: designing and implementing REST APIs, working with webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting. Experience integrating with external services in production — Git: branching, rebase, cherry-pick, conflict resolution — not Googling every time — Infrastructure: Docker at the level of writing and debugging Dockerfile and docker-compose. Basic understanding of CI/CD — Linux: confident work in the terminal, debugging on a remote server, reading logs

AI Tool Requirements:

— Real-world experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Aider, or other AI agents — specifically as a tool in daily development — Ability to decompose a task for the agent, manage context, set constraints — Understanding of where the agent is strong and where it consistently makes mistakes — and the habit of verifying the result

Not suitable if:

— You came into programming through AI and didn't write code yourself before ChatGPT appeared — Your commercial experience is less than 1.5 years — You cannot explain without prompting the difference between a process and a thread, why a database index is needed, or how an HTTP request works at the TCP level — Your AI experience is limited to browser chat, without terminal or IDE agents

Conditions:

— Remote, Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 MSK — Payments: from 1200-1500$ per month (based on interview results, future growth possible) — Paid internship up to 2 weeks (full rate) — Payments on the 1st and 16th of each month (USDT BEP-20) — All AI tool expenses are covered by the company — Signing an NDA agreement (based on passport data and video verification)
