PR Manager (Southeast Asia)

What tasks will need to be solved:

• Relocation to the Southeast Asia region.

• Organization of events (seminars, conferences, humanitarian and social activities), including planning, content and organizational preparation, work at events

• Work with the media (timely preparation of press releases, formation of a media plan)

• Organization and coordination of press events for regional media (including press tours, press breakfasts, press lunches, briefings, etc.)

• Implementation of medium-term and short-term planning of communication activities in the region in accordance with the current business objectives of Rosatom State Corporation, including the implementation of plans for PR support of new product promotion in the region (preparation, approval and monitoring of PR activity plans)

• Formation of a pool of loyal experts, regular interaction with representatives of the expert community

• Organization of press and technical tours to the company's enterprises

• Interaction with key counterparties on issues of public acceptance of nuclear technologies and proposals of Rosatom State Corporation (heads of educational and scientific institutions, etc.)

• Formation of a pool of loyal media

• Coordination of work on the preparation of regular and thematic media and blogosphere monitoring

• Social media management

• Preparation of talking points for speakers for the media, presentations, materials for corporate media

• Preparation of analytical materials

• Mandatory - good command of English!

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education (a degree in journalism or public relations will be an advantage) • Copywriting skills (talking points, press releases, articles) • Presentation preparation skills (Power Point, Canva, etc.) • Experience working with the nuclear industry or in a large state corporation (welcome) • High level of responsibility and self-organization • Willingness to relocate and travel frequently
