We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join the Neklo team!

Main Responsibilities:

• Work independently or as part of a QA team.
• Collaborate with Development and Product teams.
• Perform manual testing of Web applications, microservices, APIs, back-end services, and relational databases.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Analyze and verify bug reports from the Support team, confirm or reproduce reported issues, and provide detailed reproduction steps for developers.
• Perform operational data tasks, including data extraction and reporting, user-requested data exports and manual data updates, and bulk data processing.
• Support SMS/A2P messaging compliance by managing 10DLC registration applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in software testing.
• Familiarity with the software development process.
• Basic understanding of testing principles.
• Knowledge of testing techniques or methods.
• Familiarity with QA tools (Postman, Chrome Dev tools, TestRail, Jira etc.).
• English proficiency at B1+ level is a must.
