About the client: The largest retailer in Uzbekistan, one of the largest in the region.
About the project: Optimization of business processes in logistics based on the client's SAP landscape.
Tasks
- Analysis and improvement of efficiency of business processes in logistics
- Work with warehouse, transport, and supply chain processes
- Analysis and modeling of forecasting and planning processes
- Identification of bottlenecks, calculation of the effect of changes, development of optimization proposals
- Interaction with business units and IT for the implementation of improvements
Hard Skills Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst / process analyst / efficiency analyst
- Experience in the logistics domain: warehouse, transport, supply chains, forecasting, planning
- Experience in analyzing business processes and calculating their efficiency (not just gathering requirements for development)
- Retail experience is desirable
Soft Skills Requirements
- Ability to independently conduct analysis and propose solutions, not just capture requirements
- Communication skills with business customers of various levels
Will be a plus
- Participation in SAP implementation/development projects (CAR / EWM / MM / SD) — in any role, including key user from the business side
Comment: The client's IT landscape is almost entirely SAP
Important: The volume of tasks in logistics is large — this is a position for constant workload
