Development and optimization of corporate data warehouse (DWH) and analytical solutions based on SAP BW/4HANA. 🧩 About the role: This is a position for a mature expert who is ready to apply their deep knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA architecture, ABAP, and integrations with external BI systems in a project-based format (40-80 hours). You will act as a key specialist for complex tasks: from building industry data models to performance optimization and coordination of a small team. 🚀 Key tasks: — Implementation of functionality in a full cycle: from data extraction to the formation of the final report or external export. — Development and refinement of ETL processes: setting up extractors, transformations, building ADSO. — Creation and adaptation of calculation models: HANA Calculation Views, composite providers, ABAP programs. — Modernization and creation of new reporting solutions (BEx queries, workbooks, distributions). — Integration of SAP BW with third-party systems (Power BI, QlikView, SAP BO, Oracle, Hadoop). — Coordination of a small team of consultants: task distribution and deadline control. — Interaction with the client: from gathering requirements to presenting project solutions and conducting UAT. — Formation of high-quality technical documentation. — Consulting support (3 months after launch) and warranty service (1 year). 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience and Expertise (CRITICAL!): — At least 5 years of experience in SAP BW, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead consultant position. — Proven experience in participating in 3+ full-cycle implementation projects of SAP BW (retail experience is strictly welcomed). Technical Stack (CRITICAL!): — Deep understanding of SAP BW/4HANA architecture and integration with SAP ERP. — Confident use of ABAP: BAdI, User Exits, Routines, AMDP, extractor development. — Skill in creating HANA Calculation Views for complex analytical tasks. — Experience in setting up extractors from SAP ERP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, etc.). — Advanced knowledge of Analysis for Office, understanding of visualization principles and optimization of data marts for Power BI / Qlik. Architecture and Leadership: — Experience in developing industry data models and building a corporate DWH considering retail specifics. — SAP BW/4HANA performance optimization skills. — Experience in leading a small team and high-level preparation of technical documentation. 💡 Will be a significant plus: — Deep knowledge of retail economic and industry terminology (inventory management, promotions, pricing). — Experience in migrating from classic SAP BW to BW/4HANA.
