Development, optimization, and support of the corporate data warehouse and reporting solutions based on SAP BW/4HANA. 🧩 About the role: this is a position for a mature consultant-developer capable of managing full-cycle tasks: from gathering requirements and writing complex ABAP code (AMDP, BAdI) to configuring HANA Calculation Views and coordinating a small team. Deep expertise in BW/4HANA architecture and an understanding of retail specifics are required. 🚀 Key tasks: — Implementation of functionality in a full cycle: from data extraction from external systems to forming the final report or external data export. — Development and refinement of ETL processes: configuration of standard and creation of generic extractors, implementation of transformations, building ADSO. — Creation and adaptation of calculation models: data transformations, HANA Calculation Views, composite providers, ABAP programs. — Modernization of current and creation of new reporting solutions: BEx queries, workbooks, distribution mechanisms. — Coordination of a small team (2–3 specialists) and interaction with the client (requirements gathering, UAT organization). — Preparation of project documentation package (specifications, test protocols, instructions). — Consulting support for 3 months after launch + 1 year warranty service (critical error resolution). 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience and Domain (CRITICAL!): — At least 3 years of experience with SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA, including 1 year in a senior consultant position. — Participation in more than 2 full-cycle SAP BW implementation projects (retail experience is strictly welcome/mandatory). Technical Stack (CRITICAL!): — Expert knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA functionality and architecture. — BW/4HANA integration skills with SAP ERP, including implementation and configuration of complex extractors. — ABAP development: implementation of routines, BAdI, User Exits, extractors, AMDP. — Creation of calculation views (Calculation Views) in SAP HANA. — Configuration of detailed and complex reports in Analysis for Office. Architecture and Optimization: — Ability to optimize the performance of queries and data loading processes. — Experience connecting and integrating with external BI systems (Power BI, QlikView, and similar). 🤝 Soft Skills Requirements: — Ability to coordinate a small team (2–3 specialists). — Confident interaction with the client: gathering and clarifying requirements, conducting acceptance testing. 💡 Will be a significant plus: — Deep knowledge of industry data models for retail specifics (forecasting, inventory management, promotion activities). — Experience migrating from classic SAP BW to BW/4HANA.
