Alfa-Bank is looking for a **Head of Intellectual Data Analysis."
What you will be doing:
- Managing a small DS team (up to 5 people)
- Training ML models
- Testing new data sources for models
- Generating and testing hypotheses for improving bank processes using models
- Collaborating with DE, MLOps, and monitoring teams to implement models in industrial processes
- Presenting work results to the business, discussing model applications
Requirements:
- Experience managing an ML model development team
- Knowledge of classical ML
- Experience building uplift or sensitivity models
- Experience training neural network architectures
- Experience with GenAI cases
- Industrial experience in developing and implementing models on tabular data
- Proficient in the Python ML stack: lightgbm/xgboost/catboost, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Numpy
- Ability to work with Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Impala tools
