Description
We are looking for a Tech Lead to join the team developing services that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of Federal Law 229, as well as modernizing the automated system for handling and processing enforcement documents.
The project goal is to develop services and carry out the technological transformation of existing services based on the Sberbank platform (PFRB).
Team Description
The project team is a cross-functional agile (change) team consisting of a product owner, system analysts, Java developers, and testers.
Responsibilities
- Experience in implementing technological solutions for high-load services with a high degree of fault tolerance.
- Development of architectural and technological solutions (solution).
- Making decisions regarding technology stack, architecture reviews, balancing "ideal" and "good enough".
- Development of Core functionality, solving complex problems/incidents.
- Ensuring compliance with standards (through reviews, static analysis, tests).
- Managing the development team (8-12 people), task distribution, quality control of code and architecture.
- Participation in system design, technology selection, performance and reliability optimization.
- Team development, code review, teaching best practices, hiring, onboarding, and development of engineers.
Requirements
- Higher technical education.
- Strong knowledge of Java Core, Spring Framework, experience with Java 8 and above.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, experience with Postgres or Oracle.
- Understanding of application architecture and when to use which one.
- Experience in implementing commercial projects, software development and implementation for at least 3 years.
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Java knowledge at the Senior level, commercial development experience of 5+ years.
- Experience with message brokers Kafka and JMS.
- Familiarity with OpenShift/k8s technologies.
- Team management experience of 1+ year.
