DWH Analyst / Data Analyst
Location/Citizenship: RF
- Design analytical data marts and data models considering performance, maintainability, and data lineage tracking.
- Proficiency in Data Vault 2.0 at the level of entity and relationship design, making architectural decisions for DWH layers.
- Analysis of source systems and design of data loading mappings, including transformation rules, historicity, and quality control.
- Work with external and additional data sources, assessing their applicability, quality, and limitations.
- Conduct reviews of scripts and artifacts from Middle/Middle+ specialists.

DWH and SQL
- Deep understanding of Greenplum architecture or other MPP DBMS: distribution, partitioning, execution plans.
- Optimization of analytical queries for large data volumes.
- Setting up ETL data loading into DWH.
BI and Business Effect
- Development of turnkey BI solutions: identifying needs, agreeing on KPIs, designing metrics, acceptance, publication, and support.
- Optimization of BI architecture and report performance.
- Defining requirements for RLS/access control and user experience quality.
- Design of complex interactive Power BI dashboards with linked visualizations, flexible role models, and performance optimization.
- Development of documentation templates and BI instructions for the entire team.
Management and Responsibility
- Independent analytical study of a domain or direction.
- Management of requirements, data quality risks, and client expectations.
- Decomposition of complex initiatives, formation of approaches.
- Conducting reviews of artifacts from Middle/Middle+ specialists.

Requirements
Mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, including projects with DWH, BI landscape, and large volumes of financial and operational data.
- Experience in the banking domain: products, operations, client analytics, management, and financial reporting.
- Experience participating in regulatory projects and preparing regulatory reports.
- Deep knowledge of Greenplum or other MPP DBMS.
- Proficiency in Data Vault 2.0 at the entity and relationship design level.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Experience with Power BI (complex dashboards, RLS, optimization).
- Experience with Airflow, GitLab, Git.
- Proven cases of analytical solutions influencing business processes, management reporting, or reducing manual labor.
