Responsibilities
- Development and support of Python scripts and microservices for integrating AI tools into banking processes
- Research and piloting of AI platforms (OpenClaw, Claude Code, LangChain, and similar) for automating development tasks and business processes
- Participation in the design of backend components for interaction with LLM (jointly with the team)
- Conducting experiments: testing hypotheses, comparing models and tools
- Documenting research results and preparing recommendations
- Participation in Code Review
- Working in an Agile team: participation in stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Python (OOP, data structures, modules)
- Understanding of Git (commits, branches, PR)
- Fundamentals of SOLID and design patterns
- Familiarity with FastAPI (educational projects) and pytest
- Understanding of SQL (simple queries) and database principles
- General understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins) and network protocols
- Understanding of LLM operating principles (at a conceptual level), experience using AI-CLI (Claude Code, Codex, etc. – sufficient if you've tried them)
Will be a plus:
- Pet projects on FastAPI / asynchronous Python
- Familiarity with Jira/Bitbucket API
- Experience in writing tests (unit/integration)
- Basic skills in working with Docker/Linux
