Which team are we hiring for?
GigaChat Alignment
We are building a platform that gives ML engineers and researchers full control over the model lifecycle. Our service maintains a registry of models and their metadata, orchestrates training job execution, and tracks the full experiment path—from dataset preparation and tokenization through pretrain to final quality metrics. We eliminate gaps between training stages and make every experiment reproducible.
Responsibilities
- Management and monitoring of existing ML pipelines, ensuring their stable operation.
- Development and support of a role-based access service for users and services.
- Automation of metric collection and model monitoring processes.
- Setup and maintenance of CI/CD processes for ML projects.
- Work with PostgreSQL for storing data, model metrics, and access information.
- Support and development of internal MLOps tools (analogous to ClearML / MLflow).
- Setup and support of pipeline orchestration (Airflow or similar).
