What we expect from candidates

Python Developers

Stack: Python 3.11+, Django 5+, Django REST Framework. Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse. Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD. Testing: pytest.

Expectations:

• Commercial Python development experience of 3+ years, with a solid understanding of Django and DRF.
• Deep understanding of relational database principles (PostgreSQL). You are confident working through ORM, but you understand what queries are generated "under the hood" and how to optimize them.
• Solid Linux skills at an advanced user level.
• Excellent Git knowledge.
• Understanding of how the web works: HTTP, REST, principles of client-server interaction.

Backend Python

We are looking for colleagues for the development teams of the advertiser's personal account, online and offline content delivery, as well as CRM and Billing.

What you will do

• Develop backend for the advertiser's personal account. Our product is a complex system of many services managed by a user admin panel.
• Implement a service for predicting the reach and cost of advertising campaigns. This is one of the key features that must work with data in near real-time.
• Implement complex business logic and role-based access model. We have a multi-level permission system that requires a thoughtful approach.
• Optimize service performance. "Out-of-the-box" solutions are not applicable here. You will need to think about the efficiency of code, database queries, and the overall architecture to handle high loads.
• Cover your code with autotests. We take quality and stability seriously.
