Description
The routing team in Smart Support ensures that a client's request immediately reaches the employee who can help them best. This is based on algorithms, ML models, and many integrations.
We are developing services that collect and aggregate client data from various sources, interact with ML models for decision-making, and store request history. This is the technological foundation of routing.
The product changes rapidly, so the foundation also needs continuous refinement. The team supports and develops its own language for working with data: we have a compiler that can be extended, and a service where routing rules are written.
Our main focus in 2026 is improving call handling. We need to quickly collect and process large volumes of data and unify the routing for different channels to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- You have experience developing in Python
- You have worked with databases
- You have worked with message brokers – Kafka and others
- You understand Application Infrastructure: VCS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Observability
- You can design complex systems and build delivery processes
- Knowledge of Rust and Java will be a plus
