Salary range: 200-250k gross according to Labor Code or individual entrepreneur
Main requirements:
- Core stack (Python): Confident Python skills and experience in developing with a modern backend framework (FastAPI and/or Django).
- Databases and caching: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with Valkey (Redis).
- Messaging: Experience with message brokers (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
- Containerization and orchestration: Experience developing OCI containers and deploying in Kubernetes (k8s) using Helm.
- Security and access control: Experience integrating with Keycloak (SAML/OIDC), Knowledge of secure secret storage principles, Skills in development considering information security requirements (encryption, integrity control).
- Performance: Optimization skills for handling 20,000+ concurrent users. Must have a track record of projects delivered to production for a large audience.
- Proficient in using AI agents: Codex, Cursor, Claude AI
Desirable requirements:
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD (GitLab) and preferably knowledge of Terraform.
- Experience integrating with corporate systems (Elma365, SuperSet, Simple One).
- Monitoring: Experience setting up log and metric collection (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki).
- Knowledge of geo-redundancy principles and ensuring backup/recovery with RPO (1 hour) and RTO (4 hours).
