Requirements: 3–5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer with management functions. Strong technical background: backend development experience (Python) and understanding of modern mobile application architecture. Practical experience in designing and integrating REST APIs. Experience managing a distributed team of developers or outsourcing contractors. Understanding of principles for integrating complex third-party services (including AI/ML modules) into the product's production environment. Ability to independently read and audit code (independence from developers in making technical decisions).

Will be a plus: Flutter development experience. Experience in MedTech / HealthTech projects. Understanding of basic principles of data analytics systems.
