📍 Warsaw | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

We are a rapidly growing affiliate marketing team scaling our operations. We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to take over the company's key financial processes – from payments and accounting to analytics, reporting, and budgeting.

What you will be doing: • Controlling payments, debts, and reconciliation of settlements; • Maintaining accounting and analysis of expenses, unit economics, and currency differences; • Engaging in financial planning and budgeting; • Preparing financial statements:** P&L, Cash Flow, Balance; **• Calculating employee salaries and compensation; • Interacting with agencies and contractors.

🔎 Who we are looking for: • Experience with payments, reconciliations, and financial accounting from 2 years; • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel — formulas, pivot tables, automation; • Experience in preparing financial reports; • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and independence.
