The team is looking for a talented financial manager. We are a growing arbitrage media buying team, and we need a professional who can work with budgets, analyze scheme traffic data, and turn numbers into concrete business decisions.
📌Responsibilities: • Prepare P&L and CF financial reports • Calculate and process salaries and other forms of remuneration (no payment processing required) • Analyze marketing expenses to ensure profitable operations (reconcile spends from buyers) • Collaborate with the team to optimize financial strategies • Maintain records of financial resources for other company expenses
📌Our expectations: • Experience with finance in arbitration or digital business • Experience with P&L and CF financial reports • Strong Excel/Google Sheets, 1C, or ERP skills (complex formulas, pivot tables) • Attentiveness, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines • Understanding of scheme traffic and key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV)
