We are developing AEF (Agent Execution Framework) — a platform for the development, execution, and support of GenAI agents within the bank.
The platform helps teams launch agent scenarios into production faster, ensure the quality of solutions, and expand the set of development, evaluation, and operational tools.
We are looking for a Load/Performance testing engineer to join our team. This person will help build a reliable quality control system for the platform, increase the stability of components under load, and ensure system scalability.
Responsibilities
What needs to be done:
- Conduct load and stress testing of systems, develop test plans, and prepare data.
- Generate reports and analytics based on test results.
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks and collaborate with the development team to improve performance.
- Assist in localizing performance degradation issues on test and production environments.
Requirements
What we expect from you
- 2+ years of experience / 2+ major projects in the role of LT Engineer.
- Knowledge of load testing methods: understanding of test types (load, stress testing, capacity testing).
- Experience with load testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner, Locust).
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
- Knowledge of Java/Kotlin, SQL.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD, experience with Git, Jenkins / GitHub Actions.
