We are an IT company with two focus areas: our own educational platform and an agency that handles commercial client projects. We work with an AI code-first approach: AI tools (specifically Claude) are the primary work tools in development and design, not a supplementary function. Classic analytics, complex research, and heavy processes are secondary; priority is given to speed, practice, and real results.

• Design interfaces for complex products (SaaS, ERP, CRM systems) • Develop user scenarios, flows, and prototypes • Create and maintain a UI kit / product design system • Work with large volumes of data in the interface: tables, dashboards, forms, complex filters • Close collaboration with developers at all stages – from idea to release • Use AI tools (Claude, VS Code) to accelerate the design process and prototyping – vibe coding
• Interface design skills, knowledge of UX/UI principles • Proficient in Figma • Interest in complex products: SaaS, ERP, CRM, or b2b systems • Commercial experience working with Claude and VS Code for prototyping and interface generation • Attention to detail and systems thinking • Desire to learn and grow in the profession • Mandatory commercial work experience • Portfolio with case studies on b2b/enterprise products
