Group Tax Manager

Major fintech company 📍 Southeast Asia, hybrid

Major fintech company is looking for a Group Tax Manager to lead its technical tax function and support tax compliance, planning, and structuring across multiple jurisdictions. The role will focus on corporate and international taxation, transfer pricing policies, withholding and indirect taxes, and evaluating the tax implications of market expansion, M&A transactions, and changes to the group’s corporate structure.

The successful candidate will work closely with local finance teams, external tax advisors, and product and technology teams to manage tax risks, oversee transfer pricing documentation, support tax audits, and ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and international tax standards.
