Location: Minsk

We are looking for a strong Product Designer to take charge of the design of an early-stage B2C product — mobile (iOS/Android) + desktop.

We need not just someone who creates beautiful mockups, but a designer who can quickly turn a product task into a working user scenario, test hypotheses, and bring solutions to release.

What you will do: — Design key MVP scenarios: onboarding, activation, retention, and main user flows — Work on UX/UI for mobile and desktop — Create and develop a design system from scratch — Conduct quick research, usability tests, and analyze product data — Collaborate with product managers on funnels and product metrics — Prepare solutions for development and conduct design reviews — Shape the visual style of the product, work with animations and content interfaces — Actively use AI and automation for research, prototyping, and speeding up routine tasks

What is important: — 3+ years in product design — At least one mobile product brought to release — Experience with mobile + desktop — Strong UX and good visual level — Experience creating/developing design systems — Advanced Figma skills — Understanding of product metrics, analytics, and A/B tests — Knowledge of iOS HIG and Material Design — Independence and ability to work with incomplete requirements — Most importantly — high speed and results-orientation

We are not about "polishing Figma for a month." Our cycle is:

task → options → prototype → quick test → development → release → data → next iteration

Will be a plus: experience in music/media/social/creator products, Rive/Lottie/After Effects, Framer/Webflow, understanding of HTML/CSS, startup experience, AI agents and no-code/low-code automations.
