Position: Senior 1C Developer for Project Employment Project: Participation in a large information system Location: remote within the Russian Federation, only from the Russian Federation, work based on Moscow time. Level: senior. 3+ years of experience Salary: 200-250 thousand rubles Employment: via Sole Proprietorship (IP)

❗️To develop a large project, we require a Senior 1C Developer, a specialist with experience as a lead developer on large 1C implementation and development projects. Capable of designing complex modifications, integrations, and data migrations, working with large information bases, and solving performance issues. Able to decompose tasks, conduct code reviews, and coordinate developers. Deep knowledge of the architecture of at least one of the following configurations: 1C:ERP, 1C:ERP UH, 1C:Document Management 3, 1C:ZUP, or 1C:UAT.

❗️We expect the candidate to meet the following criteria (strict compliance with all points):

1. Commercial development experience on the «1C:Enterprise 8.3» platform for at least three years, including the creation of complex technical solutions.
2. Deep practical expertise in 1C:ERP, 1C:ERP UH, 1C:Document Management 3, 1C:ZUP, and 1C:UAT configurations.
3. Design of integrations between 1C solutions and external information systems.
4. Creation of stable exchange mechanisms with journaling, reprocessing, error control, and result monitoring.
5. Design of migration for master data, opening balances, documents, and historical data between information bases.
6. Development of the architecture for complex modifications, defining metadata objects, algorithms, interfaces, and data storage structure.
7. Creation of high-performance mechanisms for processing significant volumes of information.
8. Analysis and optimization of queries, transactions, locks, background jobs, and server calls.
9. Selection of approaches for modifying standard configurations, considering future updates and maintenance.
10. Conducting technical assessments, identifying limitations, and preparing implementation options with risk and effort estimations.
11. Decomposition of large tasks, preparation of technical specifications, and distribution of work among developers.
12. Conducting code reviews, ensuring solution quality, and adherence to 1C development standards.
13. Participation in testing, incident analysis, and root cause elimination of errors in production.
14. Interaction with architects, analysts, and customer representatives during the implementation of functional requirements.
