An independent Kazakh cloud provider Job Description: We are looking for an L1 SOC analyst who will monitor security events, filter out false positives, and escalate detected incidents. This role is perfect for those who want to enter and quickly grow in the field of information security. Tasks:

• Initial analysis and classification of information security alerts (triage)
• Prompt response to information security alerts
• Handling standard client requests
• Escalation of detected incidents to L2/L3 according to regulations
• Participation in improving monitoring quality: suggestions for improving detection rules, exceptions, and response scenarios Requirements:
• Practical experience in one of the following areas: information security, system/network administration, software development
• Basic theoretical knowledge in the field of information security, primarily, knowledge and understanding of the principles of major types of cyberattacks
• Language proficiency: Kazakh and Russian
• Willingness to complete a practical task

Preferred:

• Work experience in information security
• Completed courses in one of the information security areas
• Education in an information security specialty
