Middle Product Designer
The Back Office Support team creates the most beautiful and user-friendly admin panel for support, helps them communicate with users faster and easier, and aggregates all user analytics into a unified data warehouse.
We are currently looking for a Middle Product Designer to join the team, who will design admin panels with high-load interfaces and enhance them with new functionalities, keep the support section tidy and understandable, and work on automating support operations.
What you will do
- Design and develop the support admin panel: interfaces, scenarios, states. Main project: an internal CRM for communicating with customers via chat;
- Participate in discovery together with the product manager: gathering problems, forming hypotheses, rapid prototyping, testing solutions;
- Conduct research with internal users (interviews, observations, usability tests) and translate findings into product improvements;
- Perform descriptive work: user scenarios, state logic, requirements for screens and components;
- Accompany implementation with development: preparing mockups, UI QA, iterations based on feedback.
What we expect from you
- Experience in designing complex interfaces: admin panels, CRMs, personal accounts, help desk systems, or other system products.
- Understanding of fundamental principles for building website and mobile app interfaces;
- Understanding of design system principles, preferably with hands-on experience;
- Figma is your primary tool;
- Ability to analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses (including user interviews and using analytics/webvisor);
- Desire to create the most awesome product that you will be proud of;
- Willingness to propose ideas;
- A portfolio (unfortunately, we cannot consider resumes without a portfolio).
