Social Media Designer

We are the Mindspa team, we create online self-therapy products.

We develop courses, guides, and therapeutic workbooks that replace years of working with a psychologist. We help people boost their self-esteem, overcome crises, break free from dead-end scenarios, and finally live the life they desire.

On social media, we are loved for our psychology cards, which you might have already seen in your feed. In 6 years, they have helped us attract over 500,000 organic subscribers — and this is just the beginning!

We are looking for a designer to join our marketing team who will be responsible for the entire brand visual identity: across social media and various communication channels with our audience. The very person who knows how to turn meaning into form, and text into visuals, visuals that hold attention until the very end.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating visuals for social media: cards, reels covers, and stories;
• Creating banners and creatives for paid advertising;
• Designing email newsletters — so they are not just opened, but read to the end;
• Maintaining the Mindspa visual style — neat and warm, but with character;
• Collaborating with copywriters and marketers;
• Analyzing funnels with the marketing team and proposing visual solutions that improve conversion, retention, and engagement.

What is important to us:

• Experience in social media design (mandatory), advertising creatives, and newsletters;
• A portfolio showcasing visuals you have created and case studies that led to results;
• Understanding of how marketing works: design is not just about aesthetics, but about goals, meaning, and results;
• Flexibility and interest in trends — you follow the best cases, save inspiring examples, and are ready to experiment;
• Experience with AI tools (this will significantly simplify parts of the workflow);
• Readiness to work independently and take ownership of visual solutions without an art director — this is a solo role in the marketing team.

This would be a plus:

• Experience in psychology, education, or self-care niches;
• Knowledge of current international trends in social media design and advertising creatives.
