Development of the bank's unified integration layer and Data Marts for the BI domain. The team is responsible for building, developing, and standardizing data flows, integrations, and data management approaches (Data Governance).

⭐️ Your responsibilities will include:

Analysis and evaluation of business requirements (Data Governance) Analysis and optimization of existing, as well as building new business processes Solution design and task assignment for development Creation of ETL prototypes for data marts and refinement of existing solutions Development of project documentation (FSD, ER diagrams, logical models, architectural Vision/OTAR) Participation in testing (internal and integration), preparation of test cases and synthetic data 3rd line support, incident analysis, and ad-hoc data extraction Analysis of changes in data sources and ensuring reporting accuracy Data quality control, SLA negotiation with supplier systems Work with Jira/Confluence, task status tracking Interaction with architects, developers, and business stakeholders Participation in the development of analyst standards and mentoring

➕ Requirements:

System analyst experience of 3+ years (fintech/banking) Strong SQL (complex queries, window functions, multi-level code analysis) Database experience (relational and non-relational, preferably GreenPlum, S3-like storage) Experience with ETL tools (Apache Airflow, Spark) Understanding of Data Governance principles and data handling Experience with integration tasks and large data volumes Proficient experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements Knowledge of BPMN and UML (activity, sequence) Experience with Jira, Confluence, git Skills in data lineage analysis and data quality incident investigation Understanding of banking products and processes
