Work in a team developing the bank's unified integration layer and data marts for the BI domain. The project combines system analysis, Data Governance, and big data processing tasks.

☄️What you will do:

• Analyze and formalize business requirements (within Data Governance);
• Analyze existing and design new business processes;
• Design solutions: logical data models, ER diagrams, architectural Vision/OTAP;
• Develop and prototype data marts (ETL), enhance existing ones;
• Assign tasks to developers, supervise implementation;
• Develop test cases, conduct internal and integration testing;
• Work with data quality: control, incident analysis, solution development;
• Support solutions (3rd line), ad-hoc extractions;
• Interact with data source systems, agree on SLAs;
• Participate in developing analytics standards and team processes;
• Mentoring and reviewing within the domain.

✅ Requirements

System analysis experience of 3+ years (data / integrations); Proficient SQL (complex queries, window functions, reading complex code); Experience with DBMS (relational and NoSQL, preferably GreenPlum, S3-like storage); Experience with ETL tools (Apache Airflow, Spark); Understanding of Data Governance and data management processes;

• Experience with integrations and big data;
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML (activity, sequence);
• Experience with Jira, Confluence;
• Understanding of banking products and processes — as a plus;
• Skills in analyzing data incidents and data lineage;
• Experience with Git or similar;
