💼 Head of Administration

🚀 I represent a large company with an office in Cyprus and a team of 3000+ specialists. The company develops its own products in the Fintech, MarTech, iGaming, and other promising areas.

We are looking for a Head of Administration who will take responsibility for managing the company's administrative infrastructure on a large scale.

Responsibilities include: • Management of Office Management, Travel, Relocation, and Cleaning teams • Opening, renovation, and development of offices in different countries • Working with contractors: tenders, estimates, deadlines, budgets, and quality • Formation and control of the administrative budget • Logistics, warehouses, and equipment movement • Employee relocation and initial adaptation • Development of policies and unified standards for administrative service

We expect from the candidate: • Experience in managing an administrative function in an international/distributed company • Experience in team leadership and process building • Practical experience in opening and developing offices • Ability to work with budgets, estimates, contracts, and contractors • Experience in managing Travel, Logistics, and Relocation operations
