We are looking for a Head of Affiliate with strong partnership expertise and an understanding of the Latin American market.

Areas of Responsibility: • Development of Affiliate Strategy for LatAm GEO • Development and scaling of the affiliate network • Attracting large affiliates and affiliate teams • Management of Affiliate Managers • Negotiations on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models • Analysis of FTD, NGR, ROI, traffic quality, and partnership profitability • Optimization of partnership conditions and development of the direction

Who we are considering: ☑ Experience as Head / Lead Affiliate in iGaming ☑ Knowledge of LatAm GEO and specifics of local traffic ☑ Professional contacts in the affiliate industry ☑ Team management experience ☑ Confirmed cases of scaling the affiliate direction
