We are a top-2 IGaming holding. After a successful launch in several LATAM countries, we are taking our affiliate program to the next level and in connection with this, we are opening the position of Head of Affiliate for strategic development and scaling of directions in .
Responsibilities:
Strategy development and implementation: Team building Strategic planning Traffic portfolio optimization Analytics and reporting
Requirements:
Successful experience in the Head / Team Lead affiliate position for at least a year Experience in IGaming Experience working with Chile and Peru is mandatory. Understanding of local specifics Proactivity — the ability to independently come up with and test new methods of attracting traffic.
Conditions: Fully remote work format with a 5/2 schedule Fixed salary during the probation period, then we discuss the model.
