Position Information
- Position Title: Lead Expert
- Structural Unit: Department of Machine Building Development (hereinafter – the Department)
- Current Period Tasks (Quarter, Year): According to the job description

- Interaction with Internal Structural Units, State Bodies, Third-Party Organizations: building relationships with stakeholders (state bodies, organizations, etc.); building relationships with all structural units of JSC "Kazakhstan Center for Industry and Export "QazIndustry" (hereinafter – the Company)
Search Information
- Education: Higher education, preferably technical, pedagogical, economic or humanitarian education.
- Practical Work Experience in Professional Field: General work experience of at least 2 (two) years. Preferred: experience in the specialty at machine-building industry enterprises, at least 1 (one) year.
- Personal Characteristics: Analytical thinking, communication skills, initiative, continuous self-development
- Language Proficiency, Including State Language: Kazakh and Russian languages (fluent).
- Computer Skills: Experienced user
- Preferred Start Date: October 2026
- Functional Responsibilities: participation in conducting information and analytical research in accordance with the Company's concluded agreements; preparation of information at the request of the Sole Shareholder and state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues within the competence of the Department; translation of drafts of internal regulatory and other documents (full written) from Russian to the state language; translation of scientific, technical, socio-political, economic information, as well as materials of conferences, meetings, seminars; translation of drafts of internal regulatory, other legal acts and other documents (full written) from Russian to the state language. Translation standards (full written) from Russian to the state language amount to 11 standard printed sheets. 1 standard printed sheet (2000 characters); execution within established deadlines of oral and written, full and abridged translations, ensuring at the same time accurate correspondence of translations to the lexical, stylistic and semantic content of the originals, compliance with established requirements regarding the use of scientific and technical terms and definitions; editing translations, comparing translated texts with originals; coordination of work on ensuring the development of the state language in the Company; participation in conferences, business forums on industrial development of machine building within the framework of work carried out by the Company; observance of labor and execution discipline, internal regulations and work schedule of the Company; prevention of bureaucracy and red tape in the consideration of documents and decision-making within the deadlines established by the Company's internal acts, taking necessary measures on them; promoting the strengthening of the Company's authority and image; improving one's professional level; not to commit or participate in committing corruption offenses in the interests or on behalf of the Company; immediate notification to the Company's management of cases of soliciting an employee to commit corruption offenses; immediate notification to the Company's management of information known to the employee about cases of corruption offenses committed by other employees, contractors of the Company or other persons; compliance with the norms of anti-corruption legislation, internal anti-corruption documents and the Company's anti-corruption standard in the performance of official duties; taking measures to prevent corruption, including minimizing the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses; participation in the internal analysis of the Company's corruption risks; participation in the development of the Company's internal documents on combating corruption and measures for their prevention; performance (substitution) of duties of a temporarily absent employee (business trip, vacation, etc.); observance of norms of business ethics in business relations with Company employees and other persons; compliance with the requirements of the Company's risk management system, including participation in the development, adjustment, updating, monitoring of the Risk Map, Risk Register, as well as fulfillment of instructions from the Department's management on risk management and prevention issues of the Department; fulfillment of instructions and orders of the Company's management on issues within the competence of the Department; observance of the norms and requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in terms of quality execution of appeals from individuals and legal entities in the "E-Otinish" Information System; ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Company's Corporate Governance Code and sustainable development principles in the Company's activities.
- Professional Skills: The Lead Expert must know: legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations in the field of industrial policy, possess necessary knowledge in the field of machine-building industry development, know occupational safety and risk management system requirements.
