Who we are.

Kronos5.ru - we sell mini tractors and are the market leaders in the Russian Federation, expanding into Europe and Australia. Not an agency or a "galley": our own brands, our own websites, our own traffic. We are building an ecosystem of hundreds of websites — and we are looking for a person who will create them.

Who we are looking for. You are from the new generation: for the last year or two, you've been living in Cursor / Claude Code / v0 and building websites that take people's breath away – cinematic, with motion animations, 3D, bold typography. You don't need a Figma mockup from an art director — you get a wow result with a prompt and refine it with your own hands. You also understand how to generate meaning on a website, not just pretty pictures.

What you will do:

• Build branded websites with a wow effect using AI and refine them to perfection by hand: responsiveness, animations, loading speed.
• Gradually build an ecosystem out of them: we have 20+ brands and 30+ countries, with a website for each brand and country. Think in terms of templates and pipelines, not "each site from scratch."
• Learn to build websites that not only wow but also sell: conversion, A/B tests, offers. This will become your main metric — and there will be bonuses for its growth.
• What we will teach you at the company's expense: contextual advertising (Yandex.Direct, Google Ads), SEO including international, working with meaning and offers. Courses, contractor mentors, practice on live projects with real traffic and budgets. In a year or a year and a half, you won't be a "front-end developer" but a full-cycle growth specialist — a profession for which the market pays 300+.

What we need from you:

• A portfolio of live websites with a wow effect, created using AI tools. This is the main and only strict requirement. Minimum 3 pieces.
• HTML/CSS/JS at the level of "I can fix and improve what AI generated."
• Hunger for growth: marketing, analytics, English — you'll have to absorb it quickly.
• Willingness to work from the office. This is a conscious decision: to grow much faster alongside the team than alone at home.

Conditions:

• 150,000 – 200,000 ₽ at the start + bonuses for conversion growth when you learn to influence it. As you grow, your fixed salary grows: the plan for a year or a year and a half is a level of 250–300.
• A comfortable and cozy office in Moscow City, "Moscow" Tower, entrance from the first floor.
• All paid AI tools and courses — at the company's expense.
• A task that no one else on the market has: not a stream of standard landing pages for agency clients, but our own ecosystem of hundreds of websites for 30+ countries, which you will build and own.
