Marketing Manager

🍷 PuninWine is a company in the wine & spirits sector with its own retail, B2B, and e-commerce operations. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of marketing development and help connect all areas into one functional system — from customer acquisition and store promotion to online sales growth.

📍 We are considering candidates who are already located in Cyprus.

📌 Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement a marketing strategy in line with business goals • Plan and manage the marketing budget • Attract new customers and increase traffic to physical and online stores • Develop the digital marketing area: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and other channels • Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and marketing activities • Work with CRM, analytics, and key marketing metrics • Develop the PuninWine brand and create marketing campaigns and promotions • Develop B2B marketing and joint projects with suppliers and partners • Assign tasks and coordinate external contractors • Search for new tools and channels, test hypotheses, and optimize existing processes

✅ What will be important: • 3+ years of marketing experience • Experience in independently developing and implementing a marketing strategy • Good understanding of digital tools: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing • Experience working with analytics, CRM, and marketing metrics • Understanding the connection between marketing and sales • Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or hospitality will be an advantage • English language for work communication • You are already located in Cyprus
