We are the Risk Management Tools product team, creating a risk management platform for the Sales Network Block. Our product solves key tasks of improving the effectiveness of internal control and minimizing operational risks.
Our solution includes:
- an analyst workspace, automated tools for conducting inspections,
- work with data for processing risk signals,
- an intelligent system for remote control of cash balances.
The team is looking for a professional in Python development to participate in the development and implementation of AI practices in risk management for the Bank's business processes.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of AI agents
- assisting other teams in the development and implementation of AI agents
- developing standards and best practices
- building the agent landscape architecture for the channel
Requirements
- proficient user of Python 3.10+
- knowledge of frameworks: FastAPI, FastStream, aiohttp, asyncio, grpcio
- experience with: Kafka, redis/memcache/ignite, Kubernetes/docker/podman, sql (preferably PostgreSQL), elasticsearch/opensearch, git
- ability to use: package managers (poetry/uv), linters (flake8, ruff, mypy), testing frameworks (pytest)
- proficiency in reliability and fault-tolerance patterns, microservices architecture
- experience in code optimization and code review
- confident user of Unix family operating systems
Will be a plus
- knowledge of Java, at least at the level of understanding the language syntax
- experience in creating AI agents and working with agent frameworks, knowledge of LLM operating principles
