IT Auditor
We are looking for an auditor to assess the effectiveness of IT processes at Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.
About the Team
Our goal is to create secure products and services for both clients and employees. You will work on reducing risks in our infrastructure and help the business develop IT processes.
What You Will Do
- Conduct IT audits and internal reviews to assess the effectiveness of information technology, management, and information security.
- Participate in IT and information security projects as an expert and consultant.
- Analyze IT and information security processes, identify growth areas, and assess regulatory risks.
- Independently prepare reports and working documentation based on audit results.
- Develop detailed recommendations for addressing shortcomings and monitor their implementation.
You Are a Good Fit If You
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a bank or financial sector company.
- Hold a higher technical education degree in information technology or information security.
- Have experience conducting audits of product teams, application development projects, services, user access, and the effectiveness of IT organization and management.
- Have experience working with SQL and Python.
- Are familiar with technical and process standards for information technology and information security: GOST R 57580, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, ITIL, COBIT.
- Understand key risks and control procedures in IT management and information security.
- Can organize your work and do what's needed without constant supervision or reminders.
- Easily communicate with people and can explain complex things in simple terms.

- Official salary from 300,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations — we will discuss them at the interview. This is the gross amount before taxes. Keep in mind that from 2025, the personal income tax rate changes depending on your total income for the year.
