We're hiring freelance academic writers — Projectitude is expanding our writer network

We work with students across the UK, Australia, Canada, the US, New Zealand, and the UAE, helping them with assignments, dissertations, case studies, and research-heavy coursework. Our standards are high, our briefs are detailed, and our writers are paid on time, every time.

We're currently looking to onboard freelance writers in the following subject areas:

• STEM (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
• IT & Programming (Java, Python, SQL, Data Structures, Networking)
• Finance & Accounting (Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Investment Analysis)
• Health Sciences (Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacology, Healthcare)
• Business & Marketing (Strategy, Consumer Behaviour, Operations)

What we're looking for:

• A postgraduate degree (Master's or PhD) in your subject area, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
• Strong academic writing in English with a clear grasp of referencing styles (Harvard, APA, IEEE, Vancouver, OSCOLA)
• Familiarity with Turnitin and a commitment to original, well-researched work
• Reliability with deadlines — non-negotiable
• Prior experience writing for international universities is a plus

What you'll get:

• Steady stream of assignments matched to your expertise
• Competitive per-word/per-project rates, paid promptly
• Clear briefs and direct coordination — no chasing for clarifications
• A long-term working relationship if quality holds

How to apply: Send a short note to recruiter contact with:

• Your subject areas and highest qualification
• 1-2 writing samples (anonymised is fine)
• Your typical turnaround for a 2,000-word assignment
• Your per-word rate in INR.

We review every application personally and respond within 5 working days to those we'd like to move forward with.

Serious writers only — please don't apply if you outsource, use AI to draft, or can't commit to deadlines. We screen carefully and our existing writers know why this matters.
