⚠️Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation.
- Understand the principles of financial accounting.
- Desire to delve into the company's financial closing processes and understand the specifics of regulatory operations.
- Knowledge or readiness to quickly master 1C UT: navigation through documents, understanding the links between documents, searching for necessary data. No programming is required, and a query console will not be needed – but you need to be familiar with the system or have a strong desire to learn it.
- Experience in preparing technical specifications for developers with specifics: what to change, where, with what impact on subsequent documents.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and dividing problems into systemic (bugs) and process-related (requiring changes to regulations, not code).
✅Responsibilities:
- Participate in the quarterly financial closing: control the correctness of data in 1C UT and the formation of reports.
- Consult business users on ASP (Automated System of Tax) and filling in line 5B of the UPD (Universal Transfer Document), analyze non-standard situations.
- Receive and analyze requests, reproduce problems in 1C, classify them as bugs/process gaps.
- Formulate detailed technical specifications for developers: reproduction steps, scope of impact, necessity of adjusting subsequent documents.
- Identify and describe process inconsistencies (AS-IS/TO-BE), propose changes, and get approval from interested departments.
- Interact with the finance department and management to prioritize fixes and approve the strategy.
