The team says: We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to lead the development of an adaptive mathematics course. You will build the "brain" of the system — it will adjust the program in real-time based on each student's knowledge, using agent architectures and LLMs. If you build reliable services, not just write code in Jupyter Notebooks — you are our person.

What you will do: • Adaptive Learning — design and implement a personalization engine that changes the learning trajectory on the fly depending on children's answers. • Agentic Architecture & RAG — develop orchestration, memory, and guardrails for autonomous AI agents and Knowledge Graphs. • Production Excellence — transform ML prototypes into stable, scalable services with a load of millions of users. • Fine-tuning & Evals — train open-source models on custom datasets and build rigorous eval pipelines. • Mentorship — be an AI expert within the company, implementing engineering culture in ML.

What we value in a candidate: • Engineering-first mindset: solid experience in Production ML, 5+ years. • Deep understanding of modern LLM patterns: agent orchestration, Tool Use, advanced RAG. • Excellent Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow. • Experience launching ML products from scratch: from idea to release. • English B2+ — reading documentation and discussing architecture.

Will be a plus: • Experience in Knowledge Tracing (IRT, BKT, DKT) or error diagnostics. • Work with graph databases (Neo4j) and graph algorithms. • Deploying self-hosted models and optimizing inference.
