Hello everyone! 🫂 Looking for a Middle+/Senior level analyst for the team. Work is entirely from the office in Almaty city, no remote or hybrid options. Together with the product and business teams, you will develop the TPV (Total Payment Volume) and Acquiring direction. For us, analytics is not just reporting, but a decision-making tool: from assessing the potential of new initiatives to finding growth points and influencing the development of business metrics.
Key Tasks: • Analysis of TPV, transaction activity, and key acquiring metrics; • Research of customer and business behavior (segmentation, purchasing patterns); • Generate insights and test hypotheses; • Identification of business growth drivers.
We require from you: • Data analyst experience of 2+ years, preferably in Fintech/Banks/Payment Systems; • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python; • Good knowledge of statistics and probability theory; • Analytical mindset, critical thinking (skills in formulating hypotheses and validating them), attention to detail.
A plus would be: • Experience working directly with acquiring or TPV products; • Understanding of payment flows (POS, e-commerce, QR, P2P); • Experience building predictive models based on time-series; • Ability to use Airflow, Git/Gitlab.
